1. MDF
MDF is divided into high density, medium density, low density, etc. It is a board made of the wood fiber. Due to the disadvantages of a large amount of glue, poor waterproof performance, and low environmental protection level, MDF has been gradually eliminated from the initial furniture board market. With the current attention to ecological protection in home life, the amount of MDF is also increasing smaller.
2. Particleboard
A particleboard is a board produced from wood shavings, and later OSB oriented strand board and particle board are gradually derived. Ordinary particleboard is of poor quality and has a low environmental protection level, similar to MDF. The OSB Oriented Strand Board is a breakthrough on the original basis, both in terms of physical properties and environmental protection level, it has been greatly improved, and it has become tops in the current home furnishing board market.
Particle board is favored by many businesses due to its low cost and high price, but it has always been skeptical in the consumer market because domestic particle board is a kind of board produced by adding formaldehyde.
3. Blockboard
This kind of board is called the big core board and ecological board, which has a long history and ample market space in China. Blockboard uses a small amount of glue, its structure is close to that of solid wood, and it is also considered by many to be the best board. However, due to the structure and performance of blockboard, its main uses are cabinets and other packaging boards, etc., and are not very suitable for the production of wardrobes.
4. Multilayer board
Plywood is plywood, the most structurally stable sheet, and a common choice in custom furniture. Multi-layer boards are different from other boards. Multi-layer boards are produced by coating with a small amount of glue. The material used for the board is solid wood veneer, and the environmental protection level is relatively easy to control.
