1. Blue discoloration, rot, seasonal cracks, cracks, and insect infestation.
2. The surface material used in the product is not allowed to have wood grain, and the unexposed surface is allowed to have slight flaws (referring to the parts that cannot be seen when inspecting the hotel furniture).
3. The disassembly materials should be of the same color, material, and wood grain direction. The moisture content of adjacent parts is greater than or less than 2%, and the joint is 0.2mm. The diagonal seam angle shall not be greater than 3 degrees.
4. The area of the blue dot of the material should not exceed 10mm or more. Wood with a diameter of less than 10mm after repair can be filled with solid wood. The color must match and there should be no obvious traces after painting.
5. The average material requirements of all products meet the material standards of each series of product numbers. The length is allowed to be 0.5mm, and the thickness is allowed to be plus or minus 0.1mm. Any excess must be approved by the appropriate customer personnel.
