Congratulations to FOCUS Factory on Winning the Bid for the Public Area Furniture Project of the Sheraton Hotel in Papua New Guinea
Marriott International is set to introduce its iconic Sheraton Hotels & Resorts brand to Port Moresby, marking an exciting milestone for the hospitality industry in Papua New Guinea. The Sheraton Port Moresby Stanley Hotel & Suites, scheduled to open in August 2025, represents a comprehensive renovation of the existing Stanley Hotel & Suites.
Upon completion, the property will feature Papua New Guinea's largest and most technologically advanced conference facilities, spanning 2,500 square meters. It will also include an executive Sheraton Club Lounge, two restaurants, a bar, a café, an infinity swimming pool with panoramic views and a poolside bar, as well as a fitness center and a day spa.
FOCUS Furniture Factory has maintained a strong collaborative relationship with Marriott International. For this renovation project, the public area furniture design was fully entrusted to HACHEM Design, while all furniture manufacturing was executed by FOCUS. Through effective coordination with the design team, FOCUS successfully produced hotel furniture that harmoniously blends aesthetic design with functional comfort.
